What Makes This Production Special
The Supka Family Juggling Troupe makes their North American debut with two distinct juggling performances that showcase precision timing and family artistry passed down through generations. Ukrainian aerialist Anastasiia Maksymchuk premieres her aerial hammock silk act in the USA, performing breathtaking sequences high above the ring.
Kostiantyn Tsymbal’s BMX trial riding act features record-breaking front wheel hops that push the boundaries of what’s possible on two wheels. Watch as he navigates obstacles and performs gravity-defying balancing acts on his bike. Duo Nava — Jacqueline Itzel Morales and Brandon Carrisosa Nava — premiere their brand new duo straps act, demonstrating strength and synchronization in their aerial partnership.
Ivo Manfredo presents his rola bola act, balancing on unstable cylinders with increasing difficulty and showmanship. Technical Director Reinaldo Monteiro, alongside Noah Bouglione Monteiro, creates an immersive laser light show that transforms the Big Top into a visual spectacle. Chico Rico brings multicultural clowning from the United Kingdom, while Pedro ‘Rampin’ Jr. introduces a new French-inspired character that adds humor throughout the performance.
The Big Top Experience at Trumbull Mall
Our traditional circus tent seats 380 guests, creating an intimate atmosphere where every performance feels personal. The canvas structure provides natural ventilation with fans for air circulation during performances. Free parking is available throughout the Trumbull Mall parking areas, making your visit convenient and accessible.
Located at 5065 Main St, the Big Top setup at Trumbull Mall offers easy access from Route 25 and the Merritt Parkway. The venue sits in the heart of Trumbull’s shopping district, with dining options nearby for pre-show meals or post-show celebrations. Families often combine circus attendance with shopping or dining at the mall’s restaurants.
Artists Who Trained Outside Traditional Circus Schools
Every performer in Cirque De Paris learned their craft through family traditions, private mentorship, or independent training rather than formal circus academies. This approach creates authentic artistry rooted in real-world performance experience. The Bouglione family has trained circus artists for six generations, passing knowledge directly from performer to performer.
This training method produces artists who understand audience connection and ring presence in ways that only come from years of live performance. You’ll witness skills honed through dedication and practice rather than standardized curriculum, resulting in unique performance styles that reflect each artist’s individual journey.
Planning Your Visit to Trumbull
Arrive 45 minutes before showtime to allow for parking and seating. The Big Top entrance is clearly marked from the parking area. Concessions are available before the show and during intermission. Trumbull’s location in Fairfield County makes it accessible from Bridgeport, Stamford, and New Haven, with straightforward highway access from throughout Connecticut and neighboring New York communities.
Consider exploring nearby attractions before or after the show. The Trumbull Nature & Arts Center on Deerfield Drive offers walking trails, while downtown Fairfield’s historic district is just minutes away. For families making an afternoon of it, the nearby Connecticut Audubon Society Birdcraft Museum provides educational exhibits about local wildlife.
